Where is the Diners Choice Gift Card valid?
Diners Choice Gift Card is valid at all of the Gold Key PHR Bars & Restaurants in Virginia Beach. This includes Catch 31, Salacia, Pi-zzeria, Mahi Mah's , Tortugas, RockFish, Ultra Martini Lounge & Sky Bar*. Some of these restaurants are only open seasonally.

When will the Holiday Gift Certificate promotion end?
The holiday promotion will end on December 31, 2012. Gift Certificates will no longer be available with the purchase of a Gift Card.

What are the dates it can be used?
Gift cards are valid from the date of purchase for five years. Gift certificates are valid from January 1, 2013 until May 15, 2013.

Are there any other restrictions?
The value of the card cannot be exceeded nor can it be reloaded with the original discount offer. Diners Choice gift cards/certificates cannot be used to pay for any items or services that are special events, discounted items or promotional offers. Diners Choice is not valid on holiday food and beverage promotions or special events. Tax and Gratuity will be charged separately and cannot be paid by the Diners Choice gift card, it is valid for all food and beverages outside of these restitutions. Gift card and gift certificate cannot be redeemed in the same visit
Gift cards and gift certificates are redeemable for regular priced food and beverage items only; Not valid in conjunction with other specials or discounts.
Gift cards and gift certificates can not be used on Holidays and Holiday weekends.
Taxes and Gratuities are extra.
Gift Card and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Issuer is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card or gift certificate.
Balance of Gift Certificate is non-refundable (entire balance must be used in one seating)

What type of purchase can the gift card be used for?
All of your food and beverage purchases at any of the following restaurants or bars:

Salacia
Mahi Mah's
RockFish
Tortuga's
Ultra Martini Lounge
SkyBar*

How can I check my Diners Choice gift card balance?
You may verify the balance online at any time by going to http://www.dineonthebeach.com/. Your gift card number will be required.

Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?
No monthly fee is charged.

Can I send a personal message on my gift card purchase on-line?
Your gift card will come shipped to you in a beautiful card holder you may add a personal note when it arrives.

How will the gift card arrive?
Gift cards will be shipped via USPS.

Will I get a confirmation?
Yes, after your order is placed you will get a confirmation page that shows your order number. In addition you will also be emailed a confirmation.

When will I receive my gift card?
All orders placed will be processed as soon as possible.

Can I use my Gift Card/Certificate for Restaurant Week menu items?
No, unfortunately Restaurant Week menu items are considered a discounted special.

What happens if my Diners Choice gift card is lost or stolen?
Gift cards should be treated as cash, if you register your gift card online we will issue a new card with the remaining balance, as of the date we are notified of its loss. If the card value at time of notification is null then no value will be reissued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards and if it is not registered we cannot re-issue any card.

I don't have time to order online? Where can I go to buy a Diners Choice gift card?
Our gift cards may be purchased at any of our Virginia Beach Restaurants. Ask any of our hostesses or servers for details and they will be happy to assist you.

*SkyBar is a members only club – Diners Choice Gift Cards can be used during open to the public parties. If you are member of SkyBar you may use the Diners Choice Gift Cards to pay for your food and beverage that are not promotional or associated with any other discounts or special events.
